20 Years Experience

ebroadband have over 20 years of experience in wireless and fibre broadband and offer high-speed 4G, 5G and up to gigabit fibre broadband to residential and commercial premises in Ireland.

Based in the midlands but servicing customers in all areas nationwide, ebroadband have been committed to delivering high-speed broadband in the areas that other broadband providers have left behind.

We saw the need in our own local area and especially in recent times for those who wanted to work from home or operate a business in rural Ireland.

Through our wholesale partners, ebroadband can now supply up to gigabit fibre broadband in any areas where Eir, Siro or NBI fibre have been rolled out.

As the fibre rollout continues around Ireland we can move customers from our wireless services across to fibre if required.

Fibre Broadband

Fibre To The Home (FTTH) broadband is a type of high-speed broadband connection that uses a network of fibre-optic cables. FTTH delivers the fibre the whole way into the home and this means faster speeds and more reliability than standard copper cables. FTTH is the fastest type of broadband you can get in Ireland and is ideal for streaming TV, watching HD movies and online gaming. Ebroadband fibre can offer speeds of 500Mbps and even up to 1,000Mbps.

Ireland now has over 1 million homes that can access FTTH broadband and this is increasing everyday as the fibre rollout continues. If fibre broadband is not currently available in your area, then ebroadband wireless is a good alternative.

Wireless Broadband

Where fibre is not yet available in your area ebroadband aim to provide customers with the best available wireless 4G and 5G broadband.

ebroadband will survey your premises and will measure the signal and speeds.

If satisfactory results are achieved, we will then go ahead and install a pair of antennas in the most appropriate location to source the strongest available signal.

Speeds will vary depending on location, but this option is suitable for multiple devices, working from home and streaming TV and movies. If you are living in rural Ireland in an area where other broadband providers do not cover yet then this is the option for you.

Working from Home

More and more people are working from home – and not just because of the pandemic. Office space is at a premium in cities and many businesses can operate remotely.  Having a reliable connection is important to getting work done.

Our Fibre 1000 service is the most suitable connection for video conference, cloud computing and frequent file sharing.

Where fibre is not yet available in your area in most cases we can find an acceptable level of wireless speed to enable you to work from home – even in very remote areas!
